If you would like for your daughter to participate in the Purple W.I.N.G.S. mentoring program please fill out the sign-up sheet in its entirety. You will also need to attend orientation on September 6th, 2011 at the Pearson Community Center from 5:30 PM-6PM. Once you have filled out the application, hit the submit button. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have done so. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your application.
